I do not have a PayPal account. Can I still pay online with a credit or debit card?
Yes. During check-out, select the PayPal button on the Payment Method step. Once you have clicked the "Confirm" button on the Review and Confirm step to submit your order, you will be directed to PayPal payment process. If you do not have a PayPal account, you may submit a credit/debit card payment through PayPal by clicking on "Don't have a PayPal account?".

Yes. All of our customer's email addresses, phone numbers and mailing addresses will remain confidential. We will never share, rent, sell or exchange any personal information, as your privacy is of the utmost importance to us.


 
What material is the Confetti made from?
All Confetti is made from 76 lb. acid-free paper ... so it’s safe for scrapbooking and will not fade. It is strong yet lightweight enough to be sprinkled with ease, picked up and viewed, and cleaned up effortlessly.

What is the finish on the the Personalized & Photo Confetti pieces?
The Personalized & Photo Confetti pieces have a matte finish.

How large are the Confetti pieces?
Personalized & Photo pieces are 3/4” in diameter. The solid Confetti shapes vary in size from ½” to 1 ½”.

Is the Confetti double-sided?
Yes. The Personalized & Photo Confetti pieces are printed on both sides.

Can I get a sample?
Yes. I understand that accurately color coordinating your event is important. If you would like a sample of any colors, please contact me at Christian@pink-poodle-boutique.com

How do I provide you with my Photos?
Email your unedited digital photos to Christian@pink-poodle-boutique.com. No need to crop of alter the photos … I will take care of that. Large group photos do not fare well when reduced to fit on the Photo Confetti pieces. Strive to utilize photos of 1-few people.

What if I do not have my photos in digital files OR I want to use printed photo?
Not a problem. You can mail the photos to me and I will scan your photos at no additional cost. The photos will be returned with your shipped order.

How much Confetti do I need?
For decorating tables, the area that can be decorated with 1 bag of Confetti is really dependent on your personal preference. As a general estimate, I have found 1 bag of Confetti beautifully embellishes 2-4 eight foot tables.

Will my event hall let me use Personalized & Photo Confetti?
Yes. Most event halls require that confetti be at least ½”. All available shapes are no smaller than ½”. I suggest that you bring a sample of your Confetti to the facility for their confirmed approval.

How long will it take my order to arrive?
Your Confetti order will be processed and shipped within 5-10 business days. Please allow 3-7 days for delivery in shipped by USPS First Class Mail OR 2-3 days for delivery by USPS Priority Mail.

I need the Confetti soon! … Can you process urgent orders?
Absolutely! Urgent orders can be processed and shipped within 48 hours at no additional cost. You also have the option of upgrading the shipping method to USPS Express Mail; estimated at 1-2 day delivery.
